Re: [Unity] Solution for DesignTimeResourceDictionary?
Yep, there are several approaches and all of them (at least the ones I know of) derive from ResourceDictionary and override various methods. I've used this technique in many of my WPF projects and it can really simplify the workflow. And as I'm now very close to the final stage of my current project...

[Unity] Solution for DesignTimeResourceDictionary?
Hi, does anyone have a working solution for a DesignTimeResourceDictionary? I tried two different solutions but one causes constant crashes of Noesis and with it the Unity Editor and the other one doesn't work as various things aren't supported by NoesisGUI yet. But it would be really great to use s...

Re: My 2 cents
Hi, I just looked at the tutorial you mentioned and unfortunately that's not up to date anymore. Instead of NoesisGUI v1.1.x we now have v1.2.x and instead of Unity 4 we have Unity 5. I'll try to help you with a few things: DirectX 11 option: "Edit" --> "Project Settings" --> &qu...

Re: [Unity] Included docs inflate library folder
If you really want to put it into the unity package I would prefer the installation dialog as the docu is probably an unnecessary step for many of us, especially when you have multiple projects.
If I would have the choice I would still favor the download only solution.

Re: [Unity] Included docs inflate library folder
I wouldn't do that as there are some restrictions regarding directory names starting with a '.' under Windows, ".Doc" wouldn't be allowed for instance. Also like movra I have never used the contained docs. The first thing I do after importing the package is deleting the provided samples an...

Re: [Unity] Included docs inflate library folder
Or just offer the zip as an extra download and save the space within the unity package.

Re: [help] is there a save/load viewport plugin ?
I guess it would help if you would tell us what you're working with. Do you use a native GraphicsAPI or some 'engine'?

Re: [Unity] Included docs inflate library folder
I hope you don't mind if I give my opinion to this subject. :) I think the best way is to provide the documentation online (perhaps for the various versions) and also have a zip file containing all the html files. This allows me to put the content to any place I like. I dislike most things that forc...
