I think we expose all the needed pieces in the API to be compatible with HDRP but we didn't try it yet. That's something we will do in 2.2 (right now in beta for C++). Glad to know it is working for you. Anything you find please let us know.

Our code is the same for both x86 and x86_64 in that part.
Could you double check that the parameters are correct? (make sure than imageHeight() * image.GetPitch() == image.GetDataSize())

Thanks! After this, following releases will come with all the platforms (also a new one is coming, Nintendo Switch). After that, we will release the C# SDK and then the Unity package. I think in a few weeks we will have the beta for Unity, but I cannot guarantee that.

We implemented font fallbacks in 2.2 to cover this scenario. There is a bug in the Mono version integrated with Unity that forbids accessing C# from the render thread. We need this because our render thread reads the font file unity resource, but because this is not working we had to duplicate the whole stream (so 20Mb for you) for each font. This is far from...
